Less Annoying CRM is free to try for 30 days, and that includes a dedicated CRM Coach who will help users get set up and answer any questions (including help importing the user's existing data).

Less Annoying CRM has been the perfect CRM for client tracking and management for over a year now. As a business coach, I meet a lot of people, so it's a great platform to review the client conversations I've had previously to stay on top of their materials and keep track of where my prospects are in the pipeline. My team uses Less Annoying CRM for client onboarding. When I first receive the person's contact information, I then input it into Less Annoying CRM, group them into the group set aside for where I met them, then follow the pipeline to follow up with them and create contact for future business opportunities.

We use the system to primarily keep all our contact management in one place. It is important for all contact details to be kept up to date and the system facilitates this. Organising companies and groups into relevant business sectors assists us when creating mailshots or emails to the relevant groups. Managing our CDA contracts and keeping up with expiry dates to ensure renewals are sent out on time is of the utmost importance. Managing leads and supply requests through a be-spoke set up.

Contact management - being able to link records together and create relationships between the contacts is very useful. In my experience, creating complex analytical reporting is not something you can do as graphs etc are not a feature that it possesses, unless you extract the data into a spreadsheet and then create the graphs that way.

I use Less Annoying CRM with my coworkers to keep track of clients, sales, tasks and events. This software enables everyone on my team to be on the same page. Not to mention, their accessibility with screen readers for people who are vision impaired is great. Anytime I have an accessibility issue, the team at Less Annoying CRM take it seriously and resolve my issue in a timely manner, making it possible for me to continue to be productive in my workspace.

I love Less Annoying CRM. My favorite part of it is their customer service. You can always find the personal help you need. As a songwriter, I have to track multiple co-writers, songs, and projects. Because I can attach files, emails, notes, calls, and other information to a record in the database, Less Annoying CRM makes it easy to have ALL the contact information about a given co-writer/group/song/project at my fingertips at all times. I love the way it integrates with my Google calendar. I really like the pipelines! Simple to learn and use, it helps me stay much more organized than I used to, and it costs a fraction of what other CRMs cost. I don't have a team to work with, however, I can see where this app could be very helpful if I were still a program manager working closely with a group of 11 employees to manage a 300-person team. So I'd definitely recommend it to companies with a larger team. Simple to learn and implement. A lifesaver for anyone who has a LOT of people or projects to manage, and who needs to keep good track of contacts made.
  • Since an update in early 2023, became even more awesome than ever. Workspace is now more customizable, and the overall workflow is much more smooth.
  • Easy to read and edit contact info (can add/customize fields easily, so you're not limited in the types of info that you keep for your contacts. For example, in songwriting, each writer has an IPI Number to identify them, and I was able to create an "IPI Number" field to track that number for each contact!
  • Easily attach an event (calendar item), task, group, file, relationship, lead, status, or pipeline to any contact.
  • Pipelines are custom workflows you can set up to track any sort of progress you'd like to track. I can make a pipeline (workflow) called "Song" for example and customize it to reflect all the stages of finishing a song, so I can easily see how much progress I've made toward finishing a song.
  • The reports are totally awesome.
  • I would love to see the ability added to "view" the contacts from your Less Annoying CRM while not connected to the internet. However, I super-love Less Annoying CRM even without this feature.
  • A Less Annoying CRM app for my phone would be awesome, however, there is already the ability to access Less Annoying CRM from my phone because their website is mobile-friendly. It works just fine!
I already mentioned some specific scenarios in the earlier parts of my review. I'd say that my best experience has been Customer Service. When I was first using Less Annoying CRM and had NEVER BEFORE used any sort of CRM, I was intimidated. Surprisingly, the company had a customer service phone number as well as a way to email them. I contacted them for help initially. They were quick to respond, and were willing to set up appointments to walk me through the setup process. But it was SO EASY! They have been available, friendly, and helpful, every time. They also have a video series that is super-helpful when you're first learning how to use the CRM.

We use Less Annoying CRM as our primary tool to help us build and manage our relationships with our customers. As a small business we needed a platform that fit our budget, was quick to set up and allowed us to manage relationships as opposed to just winning sales opportunities. Less Annoying CRM has the right focus, is easy to learn, does not need relentless feeding, and provides easy access to the information we need for a great price.

Less Annoying CRM is a great customer management tool that allows my team to track prospects, easily classify leads, and keep track of information that everyone needs as it relates to our clients. It's very strong for the monthly price and with just a few workarounds can be used instead of some of the more expensive and complex CRMs out there. Notes. History. Contact details. Reminders. Tasks with deadlines. It's been great to help the business grow.

I recommend Less Annoying CRM to anyone who doesn't have a CRM. It's very affordable and easy to get started with. If you're keeping track of your customers and the deals you're working on using spreadsheets or worse - just your memory - spend the small monthly fee and get Less Annoying CRM. You can be up and running very quickly, and track your customers and your deals in a super easy to use manner.

I manage marketing and promotional events in seven states. Less Annoying CRM allows me to easily keep track of my events, clients, contacts, leads, and referrals as well as ongoing correspondence. Using their system is painless! I love being able to track each business client's events and changes from year to year, and the task reminders are extremely valuable.

I work in the Insurance Industry as an Insurance Broker. I need to have a CRM to keep track of my clients and my prospects. I also need an app to keep track of my daily tasks as well as my schedule. LACRM does this very well and is more than adequate in my type of business. It can be customized to my specific needs, tasks, and schedules. I started using it because my previous CRM was limited in scope and customizability. With LACRM I can have notes from my clients and follow through the years the progression of their insurance and their specific situation.

LACRM is my only CRM system in which I keep all client details and records of every single interaction going back to day one in the history of my firm as required by the regulator for my industry (the Securities and Exchange Commission - SEC). I also make use of LACRM's calendar, custom field and task features to create a daily schedule of what I need to do each day in terms of client followup, to-do list and the client onboarding process. To this extent I make use of some, if not all, features of LACRM constantly throughout each and every day.
  • Allows for unlimited customization of fields in client profiles, including creation of checklists useful for onboarding
  • An easily manageable calendar feature which can make it a fully-functioning daily to-do list
  • Ease of search and moving between client profiles, calendar and email history
  • A proper mobile app please with face recognition so it doesn't log itself out! Not a rather crude "Add to Home Screen" pinned browser page that times out after a few days
  • A kind of "Command+F" type feature that can pull up keywords
  • An integration with various text messaging systems where conversations can be automatically imported
  • Ease of navigation around the settings menus could be improved
- Sensational for client onboarding - both in terms of logging the process step by step and for easily gathering and storing data and information about the client

- Useless when I want to check information while on-the-go, as there is no mobile app, just an Add To Home Screen option

- Text conversations need to be manually copied and pasted

As my customer outreach program grew, it became impractical to stay paper based. I wanted a CRM that would enable me to attach scans of all my hand-written notes, customer business cards, etc. that I had been working from. I also wanted a CRM that was somewhat configurable and made it easy to capture emails. And most importantly, I wanted a CRM that was simple and intuitive. LA is all these things and more. No training was necessary to figure out how to use it - I was up & running immediately. For my small business, this has been the perfect organization tool. Highly recommend!

  • Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!

LA is well-suited for a small business. It seems very well-designed and thought out for use in this environment. Unlike others CRM's on the market, LA doesn't seem to be engineered to be all things to all markets, but instead has done a great job on focusing on the small business environment.

Less Annoying CRM is an excellent introductory product if you aren't using a CRM. It's also ideal in situations where one of the more complex CRM's is overbuilt for your use-case. It is very easy to customize and import clients and contacts, and to build pipelines to track client requests, recruiting of contractors, and other unique uses. We have a pipeline built to track individual client class-sessions for our railroad training. This allows a powerful way to track the schedule of a class as well as billing details and instructor assignments.

Less Annoying CRM is one of the best CRMs that I have ever used and the reason being that it is incredibly intuitive and has one of the best and simplest UIs I have ever used, bar none. I’ve been using Less Annoying CRM for about three years now and I depend on it, for my note and recordkeeping needs.

The reason I love this service so much is because it is truly simple and easy to use, there’s no big guesswork and truthfully, it can sometimes be so easy to use that I overthink an option on the website and then I realize that it’s the most obvious and simple solution that is often the answer to what I’m trying to do on the website.

It’s just good design, and although I wish the colors and some other things could be customized, the website does have a very solid identity to it, which allows for it to stand out amongst all the different websites that I use. That yellow, espresso/creamy coffee, color, brown, and white layout is so particular, you won't confuse it with another website, which makes it great for use on my mobile browser.

I didn’t even mention the fact that the website is lightning fast and very smart in how it’s laid out to me data entry very efficient.

I also love the fact that I can wall notes just as easily on my phone as I could on the website, I almost feel like they don’t even need to make an app because the mobile version is so well laid out.

I can’t say enough good things about Less Annoying CRM, but if I had to summarize my experience with them in one word, I would say: BRILLIANT!

If you’re trying to use Less Annoying CRM to run your dealership or an organization, that has an extensive sense of data points that need to be tracked, then, perhaps Less Annoying CRM is too simple for that, but for just about everything else as far as recordkeeping notetaking, or any other type of information, center to provide data and show completed work by your coworkers, or for any kind of sales pipeline, tracking, I don’t think you can get simpler or easier than Less Annoying CRM.

I have 3 pipelines for my business: speaking engagements, individual coaching, and product sales. I was having incredible difficulty trying to keep track of who I should be following up with on what. It was so easy to customize the 3 pipelines, with the help of an agent over the phone that was able to provide me with some ideas on how I might want to manage them differently which was great. I use the platform every day. It keeps me up to date on all the various sales activities I have to follow up with and gives me a quick snap shot of my progress to goals. My business would not be where it is today without the Less Annoying CRM!

I own a marathon photography company in Texas, I manage the contacts related to companies I interact with (race directors, timing companies, marketing and leads for events). I use the pipeline to keep documents and stages of each race together in one place and connect with my calendar. I have added custom fields and store documents and logos in the pipeline object for reference in the future along with fees and sales numbers. This really helps me stay organized and not rely on another file storage solution. I have been a heavy user of Zoho CRM and am now migrating my other company over. Importing the records have been very helpful and LAC's documentation is excellent! The simplicity and speed of Less Annoying is excellent. Their support staff and owners respond to your request and actively help you with your specific business needs in hours not days. With their active development and integrations in process, I am not going anywhere!

We utilize Less Annoying CRM to keep track of sales leads from conventions and our current client database, as well as the manufacturers and vendors that we work with. The calendar is fully integrated, meaning you can isolate your own calendar (including the ability to hide it from other users) or have everyone's activities shown together using different color labels. I really appreciate being able to log emails into the CRM without even opening the software.

  • The software is compatible with Mail Chimp and many other apps, which eliminated our need to double up on data entry

  • We've been 100% satisfied. The few ideas that we have contacted them about were already in their developmental stages to be beta tested and added, so they were ahead of the curve.
I cannot stress enough how simple it is to get up and running and quickly start utilizing all of the features. There are videos in the help menu should you ever need further explanation of how to do something. And when necessary, we just call or email their customer service team for immediate help.

Less Annoying CRM or LACRM as we call it here in our final expense agency, has simplified our lives and helped us grow our insurance agency tremendously. We use it both for our recruiting efforts as well as for our sales efforts in finding more clients. We truly appreciate the simplicity of it and enjoy using it every day, it has become our work-space, thank you for providing such an amazing tool
  • Syncing with Google Calendar helps not miss appointments or birthdays, events.
  • Integrates with mailchimp, this is a must if you do any type of emailing to your contacts.
  • Keeps track of activity and logs emails in the system, this allows us to know exactly what was said or happened with a prospect/client.
  • Perhaps it could integrate into social media better, but this is not a feature it is used for, this would be outside of its model.
Less Annoying is our only CRM for keeping track of our clients and prospects!

We have tried a few different CRMs but, being a small company (2 employees), we don't need the complicated and robust features of many of the other CRMs. Less Annoying CRM is the first one that is truly customizable which means we can make it as simple or as complicated as we want. It is exactly as we need it and only the features we truly need show up.

  • We don't miss a beat anymore! With daily reminders, it is easy to see what we must do each day.
  • With two of us working simultaneously on multiple projects, LACRM makes it so we can keep up with each other with constantly emailing back and forth.
  • The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
  • I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
Coming from the advertising/marketing world, Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) is perfect for managing multiple businesses and projects at one time.

We use Less Annoying CRM across our sales department. Each team member has their own log in to control their leads and follow up. Less Annoying CRM has allowed me as the Director to monitor my sales team, stay in contact using the calendar and organize my leads.

We have leads coming in from trade shows, wine and cheese events, personal marketing, radio ads, website inquiries, and Facebook. We use Less Annoying CRM across the whole organization. It keeps our calendar and organizes our multiple streams of leads and follow up.
  • I sent several lists to import@lessannoyingcrm.com and they did all the imports for me. A definite time saver. No extra charge!
  • Easy to add and delete people and to manage access by each user.
  • Easy to merge and purge duplicates.
  • Most of all, the prompt replies to questions about the system (answered quickly and very well). These are real pros!
  • I'm looking to explore how to integrate emails but haven't done so yet.
  • I'd like to be able to set some fields with forced answers such as YES/NO, or up to 5K, up to 10K, etc.
  • I'd like to be able to dictate answers into the field but maybe that's a job for Siri or Cortana.
I'm not looking for Salesforce, data mining, or automated marketing. So this does what we need right now but with a lot of features!

  • Less Annoying CRM has great customer service. The team responds to all questions quickly and is quite helpful in solving any issue.
  • Less Annoying CRM is easy-to-use. There are great short videos to get you up-to-speed quickly and the CRM is highly user friendly.
  • I like the way Less Annoying CRM lets me create groups so I can quickly differentiate between my customers and prospects. There is also a handy calendar for appointments which works with Google and I get email reminders on any follow-ups I need to make each day.
  • Less Annoying CRM has less features than some of its competitors, however, this works for me and the stage of my business.

I was using an Excel spreadsheet and my contacts database to keep track of prospects, leads, clients and former clients which was cumbersome and to be honest, I didn't have the discipline to keep it updated or current. I also missed keeping track of the emails I had sent to follow up with various prospects so my whole sales funnel was very inefficient and because of that, ineffective. I knew what a contact management system could do but for a small company like mine, I wanted ease of use and support over global functionality. Less Annoying CRM fit the bill perfectly. It doesn't do everything nor does it try to be everything but it gets the basics of a CRM bang on in my opinion. Using Less Annoying CRM is easy and by opening it up every morning, I now have the discipline to follow up on contacts, leads, prospects and clients. It integrates well with my contacts, calendar and email so I have a one stop solution to meet my customer management systems needs.
  • The best thing about Less Annoying CRM for me was that I could watch the training videos online before committing to the system. I knew watching these videos that getting started, integrating the various components and using it on a day to day basis would be straightforward and hassle free.
  • I also did some research on their customer support and found very good comments about their responsiveness, helpfulness, and thoroughness. In using the system for this past year, I would say my experience of their support is nothing less than outstanding.
  • I also have to mention the price. It is inexpensive. The pricing model is straightforward with no add-ons so there is no decision to be made about whether feature "A" might be of benefit or feature "B" should be considered for an extra pile of cash every month. What you see is what you get and what you get is what you need all for a very reasonable fee.
  • I wish that Less Annoying CRM didn't rely on Google as much as it does. The approach they have taken works but I would have liked to see integration that happens at the user level so I could better use Apple's Mail, Calendar and Contacts applications directly. The bottom line is their approach works and works well. It just isn't as clean as it might have been had I not had to set up a Gmail account.
  • I wish that tasks could be added in on a repeating or recurring basis, e.g. follow up quarterly. As it stands right now, as I complete a task to follow up with a prospect, I then have to create a new task to follow up again in three or four months time. This isn't a huge deal but it would be nice to add in repeated tasks with a single click.
  • The mobile system is functional but pretty basic. There are limited screens that have been formatted for use on smartphones but opening up the full webpage renders something that isn't all that useful.
  • The calendar doesn't have an obvious space for the location of a meeting so this must be typed into the subject line which is a bit less than ideal. When the events transfer from Less Annoying CRM to Google to Apple Calendar, it often appears like some of the desirable information is missing, like location, meeting acceptance, number of attendees and so on. I am not sure if this is a Google thing or a Less Annoying CRM thing but it is a thing.
  • I wish there was a way of having contact pictures as part of the contact file. Right now you can add them as a separate file but often I will be meeting someone for the first time and have only a picture from LinkedIn to go by. It would be great if this was also in the contact file on Less Annoying CRM.
I think it is ideal for a small business like mine. It doesn't do Twitter feed integration, Facebook page integration etc., so if these are things that are critical to your business, then Less Annoying CRM may not be the right solution for you. It is very well suited for businesses that want to grow based on relationships and want to level relationships and connections that may get lost in the absence of a CRM.

I use Less Annoying CRM to track interactions with prospects and clients, and also use the calendar function to schedule follow-up communications and reminders of activities to be done in the future.

  • I never have a problem with the system not performing as expected.
  • There's actually nothing that comes to mind on how it can work better for me. I guess my needs may be simple, yet it does everything I need it to do.
I use the program extensively on my tablet while out and about on calls. It works great for quick notes and updates.
